The Mebar Suspension System stage 2 is the perfect suspension package if you plan on enjoying your weekends outdoors, but don’t want to sacrifice on-road performance for improved off road capabilities. After significant time in Research and Development, with high considerations for the local desert terrain, we believe we have been able to develop and test the perfect combination of shocks and suspension components for an optimized performance at every suspension stage level to let you enjoy every adventure regardless of how rough the terrain may be. This is a 100% bolt on suspension kit, which means no cutting or welding is required during installation and can be reverted back to stock at any time. 

With an aluminium construction body, the Fox Performance Series shocks with remote reservoirs have increased cooling capabilities prolonging the shock’s life span, to in addition making them rust resistant. Its external reservoir further allows for increase oil and nitrogen capacity while delivering a striking race look. The included black anodized reservoir mounting clamp and other components are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The vehicle-specific upper mount includes a composite bushing that isolates noise and vibration smoothening on-road driving. Adopting on all four corners the 2.0 smooth body shocks with reservoirs, specifically tuned for Jeep JK applications, you can enjoy comfortable on-road commutes while retaining improved off-road performance with predictable vehicle behaviour, without the financial investment of higher end suspension packages.

Unlike other suspension packages in this price range, our kit comprises of coil springs with specific load ratings based on your vehicle setup. That is, if you’re running factory bumpers front and back, steel bumpers or even a winch on a steel bumper, we’ve got you covered with spring setups chosen and tested specifically for each vehicle application. This ensures your vehicle won’t suffer any spring sagging, making the vehicle’s ride height remain uniform over time just to let you enjoy an improved ride quality over the factory setup.

As our suspension system stage 2 features remote reservoir shocks, which, thanks to their design have an extended travel when compared to the 2.0 FOX IFP shocks, adjustable track bars are required for a perfectly aligned suspension system. With adjustable track bars both on front and back of the vehicle, we’re able to better adjust axle geometry as the vehicle’s ride height increases with the upgraded springs, to eliminate any issues, which if not taken into consideration could otherwise negatively affect your vehicle down the road. Both track bars are fully adjustable for a perfect fit, with the rear featuring our relocation bracket for better performance. The relocation bracket designed for the rear track bar enables improved axle movement, by adjusting the mounting location of the track bar itself on the axle. This translates into a more predictable behaviour of your JK over bumpy terrain, so you can enjoy an improved driving experience with no fear of not being in control.

This kit also includes new bump stop spacers and foam rear bump stops. As the vehicle’s height changes, Mopar extended sway bar links are used along with the IVD exhaust extension kit to clear the front driveline from the exhaust when in full suspension opening.
